Competitors and tracked products

Add competitor stores, track their product pages and keep links healthy.

A competitor is a store you compare against. A tracked product is one product page on that store.

Adding competitors

Go to Competitors → Add Competitor and enter the store's base URL. Then add the product URLs you want to track. See Track your first competitor.

How prices refresh

Valyupeak checks each tracked product on your plan's refresh cadence. Each check records price, stock status and any promotion. Use Recheck on a single product to fetch it immediately.

Link health

The banner at the top of Competitors shows link issues:

• Broken URL: the page returned an error. Reasons shown: Blocked, Moved, Timeout or Unknown.
• No data: the page hasn't returned a price for a while.

Fix or replace the URL to resume tracking. Broken links also raise a URL broken alert.

Disabling a competitor

Disabled competitors and switched-off links are excluded from every repricing decision.
