Prices that move with the market. Margins that don't.
Valyupeak's repricing engine adjusts your prices automatically based on rules you define — with floor prices that ensure automation never works against your margin. Stay competitive without turning pricing into a full-time job.
Floor prices come first — always
Before any repricing rule runs, you set a floor price per SKU — the absolute minimum you'll charge, factoring in your cost of goods, platform fees, and minimum margin. No rule, no automation, and no competitor move will ever push your price below that floor.
Three rule types. One clear goal.
Choose the rule that fits your positioning for each product — or mix and match across your catalogue.
Match competitor price
Your price moves to equal the lowest tracked competitor. Fires only when a competitor drops below you, and never below your floor. Best used on commoditised products where being the cheapest matters and your margin allows it.
Beat by a fixed amount
Price at competitor minus a fixed value — $0.50, $1.00, whatever makes sense for your category. You win on price without fully exposing your floor, and without triggering an aggressive round of matching.
Stay within a percentage band
Price within a defined percentage of the lowest competitor — say, within 5% or 10%. You stay close enough to be competitive without matching exactly, which preserves margin and avoids signalling that you're in a pure price war.
Built-in guardrails
Trigger thresholds
Rules only fire when a competitor's price changes by more than a minimum percentage. This prevents reacting to rounding errors, temporary promotions, or crawler noise.
Business-hours repricing
Optionally restrict repricing to your business hours — so you're not reacting to a competitor's 2am pricing error with an automated cut that sits live all night.
Stock-out opportunity rule
When a competitor goes out of stock, the default instinct is to cut price. Valyupeak does the opposite — it holds your price for a configurable window so you can capture the demand shift at full margin.
Margin Simulator
Before enabling any rule, use the built-in Margin Simulator to model the impact on your actual products. Load a product's cost and price, adjust the simulated sell price, and see exactly where your margin lands before you commit.

Get Started FreeWhat is automated repricing?
Automated repricing is software that changes your product prices based on rules and competitor data, without manual edits. Valyupeak reprices Shopify and WooCommerce products using rules such as match, beat by a fixed amount, or stay within a percentage band, and never goes below the per-product margin floor you set.
Frequently asked questions
Can repricing push my price below cost?
No. Every rule respects a hard floor price you set per product, so automation never works against your margin.
Which repricing rules are available?
Match the lowest competitor, beat it by a fixed amount, or stay within a percentage band, with trigger thresholds and optional business-hours limits.
What happens when a competitor goes out of stock?
Valyupeak holds your price for a configurable window instead of cutting it, so you capture the demand shift at full margin.
Can I test a rule before turning it on?
Yes. The Margin Simulator models the impact on your products before you commit.
