Alerts

Get notified about competitor price, stock, promo and listing changes.

Alerts tell you when something changes on a competitor listing.

Alert types

Price change, Out of stock, Back in stock, Promo change, URL broken, Description change, Listing change, GTIN added, Schema improved, MAP violation.

Alert Feed

Alerts → Alert Feed lists alerts by status (New, Resolved, All). Filter by type, search by product or competitor, and resolve alerts one by one or in bulk.

Alert Rules

Alerts → Alert Rules → Add Rule sets a threshold, either a percentage or a fixed amount. Changes smaller than the threshold don't create alerts.

Delivery

Email frequency is set in Settings → Preferences → Alert Frequency (real-time, every 6 hours, or daily at 08:00 UTC). Slack delivery is available through the Slack integration.
