Payments, trials and failed payments

Trials, invoices, and what happens if a payment fails.

Billing is coming soon. Numbers in brackets are placeholders.

Trial

New paid plans start with a [TBD]-day trial. You'll get an email 3 days before it ends. If you don't add a payment method, the workspace moves to Free.

Failed payments

1. We retry the payment and email you.
2. Your plan stays fully active for a [TBD: 7]-day grace period.
3. After the grace period, the account moves to Free limits until the payment is updated.

Invoices

Invoices are available in Settings → Billing & Plan.
