Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

How plan changes and cancellations work.

Billing is coming soon. This describes how it will work.

• Upgrade: takes effect immediately. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period.
• Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you're over the new plan's limits, nothing is deleted, but items above the new limit stop being tracked and repriced until you're back under it.
• Cancel: your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to Free. Automatic repricing stops.
